Early Learning Assistant

With experience across a variety of early childhood settings, Ada’s Montessori journey began out of personal curiosity and has grown into a professional calling.

Compelled by the calm daily rhythms and the quiet confidence of the children she observed in Montessori environments, Ada was inspired to undertake the Association Montessori Internationale 3–6 Diploma, which she is currently completing. She also holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Teaching), a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and a Certificate III in School Based Education Support, and speaks Turkish and Kurdish. As a mother, a student and a teacher, Ada brings a strong sense of empathy, curiosity, and care to her role in the Toddler Community and is guided by the Montessori philosophy’s commitment to peace, independence and respect for each child’s individual development path.
