Toddler Room Leader and 0–3 Program Coordinator

Rachel is devoted to facilitating a nurturing, authentic and holistic Montessori learning environment for the youngest members of our community, creating a space where children can flourish and grow at their own individual pace.

A qualified Montessori 0–3 guide with a Diploma of Children’s Services, she is fascinated by brain development in the early years and the amazing learning potential of young children. Rachel holds dual qualifications from Montessori Institute and the Association Montessori Internationale 0-3 Diplomas. Rachel has been a member of the North-Eastern team since 2012. Her calm manner, dedication and wealth of early childhood experience has been integral to the program’s success.
