With more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, Ayasha brings thoughtful care and intention to her work within our Toddler Community, creating an environment where children feel secure, confident and free to explore.

Part of the North-Eastern Montessori team since 2021, she holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and an Association Montessori Internationale 0–3 Orientation Certificate. Ayasha’s calm, steady presence and collaborative approach helps maintain a harmonious classroom rhythm, supporting children on their developmental journey.

With experience across a variety of early childhood settings, Ada’s Montessori journey began out of personal curiosity and has grown into a professional calling.

Intrigued by childhood language acquisition, Sophia was drawn to early childhood education after observing 4–6-year-old students as part of a university research project completed as part of a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies majoring in Language and Linguistics.

Faith’s love of working with children began in 1968, when she undertook and completed her Association Montessori Internationale Diploma of Montessori Teaching (3–6 years) in her homeland of Sri Lanka.
