Early Learning Assistant

Faith’s love of working with children began in 1968, when she undertook and completed her Association Montessori Internationale Diploma of Montessori Teaching (3–6 years) in her homeland of Sri Lanka.

Since then, she has enjoyed the privilege of guiding young children in exploring their world through the tried, tested and proven method of Montessori education. Faith also holds a Diploma of Children’s Services and speaks Sinhala. She feels truly blessed to share her passion for early childhood education with the dedicated, supportive and committed team at North-Eastern Montessori.

Joining North-Eastern Montessori in 2021, Esther brings a deep appreciation for children’s natural learning processes and a passion for Montessori philosophy to her role in the Toddler Community.
